Shalamar Gardens were built by the famous Mogul emperor Shah Jahan in the heat of Lahore, a city in the present day Pakistan.
Shah Jahan enthusiastically imported a multitude of flowers from across his Indian empire.
We have tried to assemble an exciting but familiar collection of traditional dishes with a distinctly unique taste.
